Congratulations Melissa Wutke, you've won $10,000!

So how did Melissa come to be $10,000 richer?

During two weeks of January, a phone was placed around Adelaide by Mix 102.3...then during the 7 o’clock hour John, Jodie and Snowy rang 'The Phone' to see if someone would pick it up and accept the challenge.

All the contestants who completed the challenge were invited along to a ‘Phoners’ party where someone will win the $10,000 in cold hard cash!

Each contestant was lined up waiting in anticipation for John, Jodie and Snowy to dial their number... but of course there could only be one winner!

It's all thanks to Ian Berry - where we always pick up the phone.

What did Melissa do to win $10,000?

The Phone’ was dropped at ‘On the Run’ in Munno Para, and Melissa was very happy to do her challenge!

She had to do a ‘wash’ with a difference for half an hour, Melissa had to endure being washed by Mel!

The contestants certainly had fun along the way...

Ben from Clarence Park was very happy to do his challenge when he picked up 'The Phone' at the Unley Swimming Pool!

He had to use a megaphone to deliver the Slip Slop Slap Seek Slide message to fellow swimmers for half an hour!

Dayni from Klemzig answered 'The Phone' when she found it on a treadmill at the gym and was set a challenge to use a megaphone to yell inspiration to fellow gym goers.

Nadia from Salisbury had to recite the prices of products for 30 minutes for fellow shoppers, when she answered 'The Phone' in Foodland in North Adelaide.

Audrey from Sheidow Park answered 'The Phone' on her way to work on an Adelaide tram and was set a challenge to sing nursery rhymes with her fellow commuters.

Thanks to Ian Berry, one lucky Mix 012.3 listener had the chance to win big...
23 August, 2010

Congratulations to Helen Zoltai who picked What's Right for You and won herself $5,000!

Thanks to Ian Berry, 14 lucky listeners had the chance to dig for $10,000 cash at the Mix 102.3 Beach Party.
5 February, 2010
